Jason Morrow

Co-Founder, CEO

Jason Morrow is co-founder and CEO of Intelitrex, an MSaaS company dedicated to redefining software that keeps global communities connected and empowers the future of business for a real-time world. As the key leader guiding Intelitrex's corporate strategy and vision, Jason brings nearly 25 years of experience in technology and communication management to this dynamic industry.

An entrepreneur with a heart for helping others, Jason is highly engaged with his church and multiple charitable organizations, including iServe Ministries and Compassion International. Through his connection to community, Jason has sponsored child development centers in the Philippines and brought his infectious passion for community to the culture of Intelitrex, where employees regularly engage in volunteer drives and a wide range of community outreach programs.

Jason received a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. He currently resides in Northeast Atlanta, GA with his wife Becky and their three sons.

Chris Damico

Co-Founder, CSO

Chris Damico is co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Intelitrex and is responsible for corporate strategic direction. Chris works closely with the senior leadership team to create the company’s long-term and short-term initiatives and guide the company through the planning process. Chris works directly with the sales, marketing and software teams, to drive clarity, alignment and growth.

Chris has been an investor and strategic partner for Intelitrex and its affiliates since their founding. He brings over 20 years of executive experience to our management team. Chris has served as a senior executive of two multiple growth companies where he led GTM, sales, marketing, and product direction.

Chris is active in several charitable and mission-based organizations across the southeast. Chris is married with three children and currently lives in Roswell, GA.

Joe Macchiarella

Chief Operating Officer

Joe is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer known for his strategic acumen and expertise driving solutions that scale. With a relentless commitment to transforming the customer experience, Joe leads our sales and operational teams to deliver unparalleled customer excellence. With a proven track record of scaling managed services practices, he leverages 25 years of experience in establishing well-defined, repeatable business processes with a software-led focus, positioning Intelitrex as the ultimate solution for our customers.

Before joining Intelitrex, Joe held key positions at industry-leading organizations such as Stratix Corporation, Cbeyond, Goldman Sachs, and Harris Corporation. During his tenure at Stratix Corporation, Joe spearheaded the growth of the mobile operations organization, achieving a remarkable revenue growth rate of over 400% in just five years. Moreover, under his leadership, the company consistently attained industry-leading Net Promoter Scores (NPS), highlighting his unwavering commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction.

Joe's unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction is deeply ingrained in his DNA, as is his ability to motivate and foster the professional development of those around him. He embraces a disciplined approach, emphasizing the importance of people, process, and product as the three pillars of his blueprint for success. By cultivating a culture focused on these core principles, Joe ensures that Intelitrex remains at the forefront of innovation and maintains its position as the ultimate solution provider for our customers.

Joe loves to focus as much of his personal time as he can to his Family first, and then to baseball. Often, being able to combine the two as they love traveling with him for the many competitive men’s baseball tournaments he plays in both locally, and throughout the country.

Joey Harris

Chief Technology Officer

Joey has 25 years of experience in the tech industry as a software developer, manager, CTO, CEO, Founder and Advisory board level. He was the original mobile creator for Parkmobile over 15 years ago. He started from the ground up his own custom development and digital marketing firm from 2013-2023, which was acquired by a Utah based group in 2023. Joey sits on the advisory board of multiple tech companies and continues to perform as a utility player at all levels for organizations. Currently, he resides in downtown Roswell with his wife and son. As a UGA alum and avid college football fan, he enjoys traveling to Athens for games.

Randy Arendell

Director, Customer Operations

Randy Arendell is Intelitrex's Director of Customer Operations. He brings to this role a variety of experiences at Intelitrex – business development, solutions engineering, managed services and customer success – as well as a number of years in the telecommunications industry, beginning with a sales role at a small CLEC in 1998 before moving on to roles at BellSouth, AT&T, and finally Intelitrex.

Randy graduated with an MBA from Northeast Louisiana University (known today as University of Louisiana, Monroe) a few months after he and his wife Lisa married in 1996. He was born in Shreveport, LA where he returned with Lisa after their first child was born in 1999. They reside there still, along with Layla, their youngest of three daughters. The family is active in church and various other activities (Lisa loves to dance; Layla is a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do). Randy teaches and trains Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and enjoys the rest of his non-working time simply being with family.
